Before founding KMછો Canine, a home-cooked dog food kitchen based in Ahmedabad, Anamitra worked with the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) until August 2025. Professionally, her path was clear. Personally, her life had already taken a very different shape. Living with 28 rescued animals reshaped her understanding of care. When you are responsible for that many dependents, food stops being a gesture of love and becomes something far more practical. It must be filling, consistent, and sustainable. KMછો was built from that lived experience to offer fresh, portioned dog meal delivery that feels like ghar ka khana, but structured for everyday life.
Anamitra did not set out to create a pet brand. She set out to build a system that makes responsible pet care reliable and repeatable. For her, luxury is not indulgence. It is certainty. Portions that make sense. Quality that holds even on difficult days. Pricing that allows care to continue without strain.
KMછો exists for pet parents who see animals as family and want home-cooked food that supports that responsibility quietly and consistently.
“You don’t manage the unmanageable. You love, you adapt.”
